1. Track a minimum of 20 minutes of combined exercise using LFConnect equipment in a single session OR

Track a minimum of a 20 minute walk, run or ride above an average speed of 4km/h

2. Log in to the LFConnect equipment whilst doing your exercise and/or save your exercise to the LFConnect app

3. Log in to bounts and refresh your history 

4. Watch your points balance grow

LFConnect FAQ'S

I've connected my LFConnect account to bounts but my points aren't updating. Why? 

Have you achieved the minimum activity requirements?

The minimum activity requirement for LFConnect is either of the following;

LFConnect equipment; at least 20 minutes of combined exercise. You must be logged in.

LFConnect app; at least a 20 minute walk, run or ride above an average speed of 4km/h.

Are you saving your activity?

You don't need to save your activities when using the LFConnect equipment. You just need to be logged in to the equipment. If you're using the app ensure you save your activity once you're done.

Have you refreshed your bounts activity history?

You need to refresh your bounts activity history for your points to update. How?

bounts app - from the menu items hit the sync icon and then head to your history. Using your finger pull down on the history screen and your points will update. 

bounts website - from the menu items head to 'my points'. If your points haven't refresh yet refresh your web browser.

Are you following all of the rules?

1. Your activity must be tracked using the LFConnect CV equipment. Your activity with the LFConnect app must be tracked using GPS. 

2. You may have already reached the maximum number of points possible for daily steps; bounts members - 60 points/60 minutes of combined exercise or three x 20 minute walks, runs or rides with the app. Note: tracked exercise with either the LFConnect app or equipment must be at least 1 hour apart i.e if you track 20 minutes in the morning, it will be fine to track another 20 minutes at lunchtime and then again in the evening. 

I'm receiving an error message when I try to connect my LFConnect account to bounts. Why?

Have you got another bounts account?

You can only connect one LFConnect account to bounts. We don't allow people to connect the same app/device to multiple accounts. 

Are you entering the correct details?

Check with the LFConnect app/website that you are using your correct details.

Are you getting an error message?

Please log in to your LFconnect account (www.lfconnect.com) and view your 'Profile' by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen (you'll then have a drop-down option to select 'Profile').

Near the top of this page you will see your 'User ID' (underneath your email address). If your User ID is blank, then please update this by pressing 'Edit' (which is opposite your email address), adding a User ID and press 'Save'.

You should then be able to successfully connect your LFConnect account to bounts.
