I haven't received the email to verify my account

When you register an account with bounts you are required to verify your account.

If you haven’t received the email to verify your account please follow these instructions:


  1. Check your junk as the email can sometimes appear in your junk folder.
  2. Sign-in to your account with the email and password registered. On the home screen (dashboard) you will see a ‘verify email’ notification and you need to click this.
  3. Re-register with the same email as you may have put the wrong email in.
  4. If you registered through Facebook there is no need to verify your account.
