If you are experiencing problems redeeming your bounts points and checking out please try the following to resolve the issue;
1. Check that you have enough points to purchase the reward.
2. Check that you are successfully logged in to your bounts account.
3. Close down all the windows in your browser to ensure you don't have duplicate bounts windows open and try the checkout process again.
