I scanned at my gym but I haven't earned points

There could be a couple of reasons why you may not be earning points from scanning your key tag at your gym.

Firstly please make sure your key tag is registered with your account under Tracking Apps. 

You can check this by logging on and going to the “Tracking Apps” link from the dashboard. The 8 digit code on the key tag should match the code on the "Tracking Apps" page. 

If it is not connected you can enter your new key tag unique 8 digit number into the key tag box. It will then be linked to your account and all points will show up in your history.
