I forgot to scan my membership card. Can I still get the points?

From time to time you may forget to scan your membership card at bounts venues. 

If you do forget to scan your membership card and you are attending a bounts venue, we can help. 

You'll need to request a screenshot of the day/time of your visit from your gym or sports venue. You can then forward this to support@bounts.it and a member of the team will verify your visit. 

Regrettably we are unable to award points that backdate longer than 72 hours.
