The competitions we run are free to enter, no entry fee (£) is required. Our participants are required to partake in physical exercise to achieve the potential outcome of the prize. Prize competitions and free draws are free of statutory regulatory control under the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act). Such competitions and draws can therefore be organised commercially for private benefit and profit.
Winners may be required to show proof of identity, working or living address and date of birth in order to receive a prize. If any activity is through a 'check-in' using the bounts app, winners may be asked to provide proof of participation through the relevant person or organisation that constructed the activity i.e. gym instructor, class instructor, coach or volunteer.
Every tracked activity equals one entry into the bronze and silver prize draw. Participants can unlock entry into the gold prize draw by tracking a minimum of 8 activities. Every activity equals 1 entry.
