What if I didn't receive a refund?

If you paid for a bounts subscription you may be entitled to a refund, as per the announced emailed to all bounts members on 15th September 2016, which gave all members the opportunity to claim a refund up until and including 14th October 2016.

Here’s some more details on those who were entitled to a refund…

Paid in October
If you made any kind of subscription payment during October 2016 that payment will be or has already been refunded.

Purchased a multi-year subscription
If you purchased a multi-year subscription we will be refunding your membership on a pro-rata basis by the end of November. Any remaining months will be refunded.

Submitted a refund request prior to 14th October 2016
If you submitted a refund request by through our support site prior to 14th October this will be or has already been refunded.


If you don’t fall into any of the above categories please read on

If you don’t fall into any of the above categories but paid to upgrade we will be inviting you to participate in a series of Personal Reward challenges so you can earn the value back equal to your premium+ subscription.

We haven’t changed the way bounts works. We have only changed the way in which you redeem your bounts points for rewards. Rather than hunting for rewards in the shop we are going to be inviting you to personal challenges (over the next few months) to earn a reward. This makes the distribution of vouchers fairer amongst our entire membership base and we hope you welcome the changes. Watch out for Personal Reward challenges by invitation through the inbox of your bounts app.
